When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the products in your order.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where there has been a pricing or product error, suspected fraud, payment failure, product unavailability or another legitimate reason.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will provide an appropriate refund.
Please check your order carefully before submitting it, including the product, size, colour and delivery address.
Because many of our products are produced on demand, we may be unable to change or cancel an order once it has entered production.

Prices may change without notice. The price applicable to your purchase will be displayed when you place your order.
Shipping costs and applicable taxes or charges will be displayed or calculated as appropriate during checkout.

Occasionally, products from the same order may be produced at different fulfilment locations and therefore arrive in separate packages.

SECTION 6 — RETURNS, REFUNDS AND PROBLEMS WITH PRODUCTS

If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.
Because many products are produced on demand, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges solely because a customer changed their mind or selected the wrong size or colour, except where applicable consumer law provides a right to cancel or return the purchase.
