Our products are made to order. Once your order is placed, it is sent to one of our fulfilment partners for production. Production times can vary depending on the product, fulfilment location and current order volume.

We ship to many countries worldwide, including the United States, which is our primary market.
Shipping costs and available shipping methods are calculated based on your order and delivery destination and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Delivery times vary depending on the product, destination and fulfilment location. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Multiple Packages
Products in the same order may sometimes be produced at different fulfilment locations. This means your order may arrive in more than one package and at different times.
Tracking
When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has shipped. Please allow some time for tracking information to update after shipment.
International Orders
International shipments may be subject to customs procedures, import taxes, duties or other charges depending on the destination country. Where such charges are not collected at checkout, the recipient may be responsible for them as required by local authorities.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
